Headed up to Leeds with the GB team for some cross training across a variety of sports such as diving, gym work, gymnastics and skateboarding. I learnt some new things such as how to dive off a diving board as i’d never done it before. I also learnt a new stretching routine which i do every day to improve my flexibility. Some round off back flips which I’ve always wanted to do on a fast track. It was a awesome weekend with all the GB guys hoping to use all of these in my regular training.g programme.
